Shipping charges for your address are shown at checkout.

For delivery questions or order updates, contact us by email or Instagram and include your order number.

Exchanges & Returns

You may exchange or return an item within 14 days of the purchase date shown on your invoice, provided it is in its original condition, in accordance with consumer protection rules and the guidance of Kuwait’s Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

How to request an exchange or return

Contact us by email or Instagram with your order number or invoice and the item you wish to exchange or return. We will arrange the next steps with you.

If an item arrives damaged or does not match your order, contact us with details and photos if possible. This policy does not affect your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods.
